I see your point. And I like a lot of your suggestions with respect to incremental expansion. There is one thing that I object to with respect to physician pay. Yes, we doctors make more money here in the US. More so than other countries. That’s because we are saddled with hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loan debt. Medical school is free in other countries. It’s not here. That makes a big difference.
